They are twisted (i can get some of them back with the hot bath) and some are just defective as sanding has been done by them in such a way that they simple removed some parts of the product!!!!

I wrote them today and I went into full WTF mode:

——————
Dear sir
I obtained your product yesterday. I’m a very experienced hobbyist.
– small parts are really good
– big parts are not usable and the product is NOT acceptable right now. I created a small video for you to see.

1) the tail assembly leads to a part that you can not glue to the main part: cutting was not well done and 3mm are missing on one part of the tail
2) the rear balloon has 1mm is missing at the rear in one of the two parts and assembly is impossible with the tail.
3) the front balloon is twisted: correct assembly between up and bottom part is just impossible as the diameter is not the dame.
4) the worst of the worst problem: the front part and the main part have been badly cut. Assembly is possible as there is a missing part : 3 mm of the ship has been removed so the wooden sides just don’t match. It’s not warped: it’s just missing! This is the worst problem even if it’s hard to see in the video….
5) dragons’ head is full of bubbles

—————————

The answer:

» There is no problem, just that you are not riding well hahaha, there are 4 different parts of the globe, look at the ones that have the hole for the mast»

Then a second guy on FB said the same thing about them and Norman miniatures deleted the conversation. I alsk the same question on the KS and his answer is:

«The balloon consists of 4 totally different parts and only fits one way. It is not very difficult to build it, but if some people do not do it the first time, tell them that the part where it looks like a hole goes down, which is the one with the mast.
The pieces are perfect, in your video but you are not getting them right»

————————-

You can deduce whatever you want about this company. Making noise or trying badly to put in instead of talking things, makes this the solution. You send us the pieces that came to you and we will gladly refund your money.
